Trivium have confirmed that they will are recording a cover of Speultura’s classic, ‘Slave New World’. The track, originally available on their groundbreaking ‘Chaos AD’ album, was confirmed by Trivium bassist Paolo Gregoletto on his twitter over the weekend.

Gregoletto’s post reads: “Rhythm Guitars and Bass complete for Shattering the Skies Above and Slave New World. Corey solo time!”

Check out this pro-footage of Sepultura blasting through the track in 1996 and get this fan-filmed footage of Trivium’s cover, shot in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Both ‘Shattering the Skies Above’ and ‘Slave New World’ are expected to be released on the upcoming ‘God Of War III’ EP.
