Metal Hammer Staff Top 10: Frontmen/Frontwomen

It takes a special spark to be able to front a band and these guys and gals have got it in spades. The Metal Hammer staff are pleased to bring you their top ten frontmen and frontwomen. Metal Hammer Staff Top Ten: Side One, Track One

This week the Metal Hammer staff clawed their way towards picking their favourite ’side one, track one’s of all time. The only rules are that you can’t use the same artist more than once, interludes are discounted (for example, the first track on Slipknot’s ‘Iowa’ would be ‘People = Shit’ and not ‘(515)’) and the tracks must come from an album and not a greatest hits or live compilation (or a playlist you’ve got on your iPod etc.). It’s Friday and as well as that meaning that we can finally recover from Monday night’s Metallica madness, it’s time for our usual Metal Hammer staff top ten.

This week, we pick our top ten frontmen and frontwomen. As always it’s not genre specific and the only rule is that you have to have seen them perform live.
