Download Live: Tesla Review
The Sacrimento soldiers return to the UK to prove their rock is as raw and relevant as ever.
What goes around comes around, as the old adage goes and the likes of Stone Gods and The Answer have as much in common with Californian rockers Tesla as they do Led Zeppelin or Thin Lizzy. It’s easy to forget that this Sacramento band consistently knocked out Top20 US radio hits in the late 80s and early 90s but this is a good time set perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon for the unofficial ‘classic rock’ day at Download, though sadly bereft of obvious crowd pleaser Edison’s Medicine. Perhaps they could have ditched the pointless guitar solos superfluous to a 30-minute set. Nevertheless, it’s good to see that they’ve still got it after all these years.

the guitar solos was the best part of it all!!!!
Is this review in place of Pendulum’s? Better not be or poor show! Pendulum were astonishing!
Michael is right, pendulum looked great which really surprised me, surprisingly heavy too.
