Jack6717

Good idea.

I read this expecting news on punk/hardcore bands

and i got news on pop/punk bands

thats cos punk and hardcore are both shit =D and no, before you bleat on, hatebreed, bury your dead, parkway drive etc are not hardcore, they’re fucking METAL

TheFeeler

matt, there metalCORE

i’ll think you’ll find ther “metalcore” actually matt. seriously though what a load of rubbish only band im intrested in on that list is every time i die and that is old new anyways.

No mention of Agnostic Front in August?

I agree with Matt. I’ve had people try telling me that Bleeding Through are a hardcore punk band.

Listen to the song Sister Charlitan and try and argue that case, i mean seriously. Blast beats are not a punk trademark

Leechmaster_666

Is the clue not in the title?? METAL Hammer?? I’m confused. If I wanted to hear a load of shite about fucking Green Day and My Chemical Wankers I’d be on Kerrang.com. Next you’ll be giving us updates on the world of Indie. Sort it out for fuck’s sake, you’re steadily heading down the Kerrang route which isn’t good for anyone involved.

Yeah Barry I agree with you haha. Fair enough Bleeding Through’s roots are in punk and hardcore but they are a straight up metal band…an awesome one at that!!! Same with Parkway Drive except for some reason they do think they’re hardcore haha, but they’re just awesome. I class all of them as heavy metal, Machine Head, Bury Your Dead, Caliban, Parkway Drive, Pantera, Killswitch Engage etc. The heavier the better!!! Then there’s the metal like Metallica, Iron Maiden etc, it’s all good!

HeadBangerHenry
